At the wedding venue
During the main dates of the events, the following will be available at the venue:
Hospitality Desk
- We are ready to serve you! For any assistance during your stay, you will be able to contact us at our desk located in the main lobby or dial ‘Ext. 7000’ from the hotel phone from 0900–1900.
Wedding Salon & Relaxation
- We will have a hair salon set up for all guests, by appointment only, in case you need a quick blow dry or an updo to get you “party ready”
- Services for sari draping/ pinning will also be available, by appointment, should you require the help.
- ”In Room” Spa Services are available at the hotel – a spa menu can be shared with you by the hotel staff so you can make your bookings!
Emergency or Medical Needs
- In case of a medical emergency, please dial 191 from your local phone or contact the Front Office at the hotel.
- The Bangkok Hospital is a 15-minute drive from the Aviyana Resort.
Breakfast
- Breakfast will be available every morning between 0700-1000 at the ‘Pomelo’ restaurant, included in your stay.
- All other meals are provided as part of the wedding events.
Accommodation
We are pleased to provide accommodation for all our guests at Aviyana Hua Hin. We have reserved the entire property for our wedding, so kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience.
If you are planning a holiday around our wedding, rooms will be available 1 week before and 1 week after the event date. Please mention our name when making a booking to take advantage of our special rate. (Bookings are required to be made at least 30 days before the check-in date.)

Getting around
Upon your arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airport, there are various transport options available for you:
- Local Taxi Service is available at various locations at the airport as you reach the exit.
- Grab is a popular app for local transport, similar to Uber. We would recommend downloading it before your travel.
- If you prefer booking a vehicle in advance or need further assistance with your transport, please contact Ann at +669 682 46994 via WhatsApp.
- However, If you would like to have independence and flexibility during your stay you can also hire a car. Some of the usual providers are available at the Airports: Eurocar, Sixt, Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Thrifty or Chic Car Rent
Depending on the traffic, it will take you around 2.5- 3 hrs to reach the Aviyana Hua Hin from the Suvarnabhumi/ Don Mueang airport.
